As a Market Intelligence Tools and Data Analyst M/F/D you will report to Marketing Intelligence Senior Manager in the Solution Development and Marketing department based in Obernai Europe  for a Permanent contract.

What you will do?

• Maintain & improve the digital tools and intelligence databases by coordinating enhancements with IT teams and key internal users.
• Define, implement & optimize the data models used for market, competitive, business and customer intelligence, guaranteeing high data quality and consistency.
• Design & develop new Market Intelligence dashboards using data-visualization engines, ensuring relevance, clarity and timely availability.
• Lead & drive the deployment of the internal Market Intelligence alerting platform, ensuring roadmap execution, users support, and managing external service providers.
• Evaluate, select & integrate third-party tools and databases, ensuring secure implementation and measurable added value in alignment with IT and external partners.
• Contribute actively to ordinary content curation activities as well as bespoke market research and deep-dives projects.

What about you?

• You have a degree in business or engineering, with solid experience in database management, data modelling and data visualization.
• You are comfortable working within Microsoft environments, proficient in Power BI, and ideally familiar with statistical methods.
• You are fluent in English, and you bring an additional advantage with French or German.
• You have strong adaptability, clear prioritization skills and proven experience leading cross-functional projects in an international context.
• You are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, problem-solving mindset and collaborative spirit, with a genuine motivation to contribute to Hager’s transformation.
