(Junior) Marketing & Design Coordinator

As a (Junior) Marketing & Design Coordinator you will report to the Customer Marketing Communications Manager in the Marketing & Communications department based in Sydney for a permanent contract.

Reporting to the Customer Marketing Communications Manager and working within our dynamic Sydney-based Marketing & Communications team, you'll support the creation of engaging marketing materials and digital content across print, social media, email, and web.

You’ll apply your understanding of graphic design basics—layout, imagery, typography—to produce brand‑aligned content that contributes to meaningful marketing campaigns and initiatives. Using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, you’ll help develop brochures, flyers, POS materials, presentations, and digital assets that showcase Hager’s innovative products and solutions.

You'll also gain exposure to trade marketing, event support, supplier coordination, and day‑to‑day marketing operations that broaden your skill set and build your confidence as a marketing professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and support the development of marketing assets for campaigns, events, product launches, and internal communications
• Assist with trade marketing activities, including POS and merchandising materials
• Coordinate with external partners such as designers, printers, and suppliers
• Manage and maintain marketing collateral and internal content libraries
• Provide design support for presentations and simple digital/print formats
• Support event preparation, logistics, and onsite activity
• Contribute to broader marketing projects and day‑to‑day team activities

Your Profile

• You bring early marketing/design experience—through internships, coursework, or 1–2 years in a similar role
• Confident using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• A genuine passion for marketing, design, content creation, and brand storytelling
• Strong organisational skills with a reliable, detail‑driven work style
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic experience with print or digital tools is beneficial
