As a Controlling Reporting and Analysis Specialist you will report to Controlling Reporting and Analysis Team Leader in the Integrated Controlling Services (ICS)  based in Bieruń or Tychy for a pernament contract.

What you will do

• Run and update selected Group reports and KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Perform first‑level data validation and analyses to ensure completeness and consistency.
• Support digitalization and automation of reporting processes (SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI).
• Act as a technical owner for assigned reports and support users when needed.
• Work closely with ICS colleagues to ensure cross‑backup and reporting continuity.
• Collaborate with Controlling, Master Data and BI/IT teams across the Group.

What we expect

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills and willingness to learn BI tools (SAC, Power BI).
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international, process‑oriented environment.
• Good command of English (B2).
• German is nice to have, but not required.
• Proactive attitude, good organization skills, eagerness to learn Controlling & Reporting.
