We are currently looking for a permanent  position of Finance Master Data Specialist for our location Tychy.

Your mission:

The Finance department continues its Transformation Journey, which is based on three pillars: Organization, Digitalization and Harmonization. Our goal is to increase more value for the business through centralized and high-quality master data.  

As a Finance Master Data Specialist (m/f/d), you will support the implementation of this transformation by contributing the development of our Finance Master Data Governance Model. The finance master data is a key information, which is used by many other departments in the Group, such as Accounting, Sourcing, Controlling, HR, D&I, etc. 

Your main tasks and responsibilites:

• Improve Finance data management capabilities to enhance efficiency and support cross-functional needs.
• Analyse, clean, and correct Finance master data while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Contribute to data governance policies, harmonization, and standardization across the Group.
• Maintain regular data quality checks, manage master data updates, and handle requests based on criticality.
• Act as IT key contact for Finance master data topics and support continuous improvement of the ticketing system.

Your profile 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and 2–3 years of relevant international experience.
• IT mindset with solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Understanding of international master data legal requirements and compliance.
• Strategic thinking,analytical and problem‑solving skills, with structured and organized work style.
• Customer-focused communicator, able to work cross-functionally.
• Fluent in English and Polish (additional languages are a plus).
