We are currently looking for our futureChannel Leader Manager (m/f/d) Panel Builderbased in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.


As a Channel Leader Manager (m/f/d) Panel Builder, you guide and develop our panel builder channel, strengthen strategic partnerships and ensure the successful implementation of our technical and commercial ambitions across regions. You act as a central interface for our internal teams and external partners, driving sustainable business growth.

What will you do?

  • Provide technical & strategic leadership to regional Channel Managers for panel builders and conduct regular coordination meetings and support regional teams in their development
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with SAB partners, ensure quality & sales standards, define quality standards for switchgear manufacturing and coordinate audits of SAB-M partners
  • Evaluate and develop the panel builder portfolio and identify new business opportunities as well as the support of strategic positioning of partners within the Sales region
  • Lead market analyses to identify trends & potential new partners, organize and conduct product training and support the implementation of new solutions and campaigns
  • Oversee channel-specific KPIs, prepare forecasts and derive measures to achieve targets
  • Contribute to cross-departmental projects regarding channel strategy and provide feedback to product and market management

What about you?

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification, ideally with experience in switchgear construction
  • Several years of B2B sales experience with a strong focus on panel builders as well as solid knowledge of type-tested switchgear systems up to 6300A, distribution systems and relevant standards (e.g., DIN EN 61439, VDE ARN)
  • Familiarity with contracts (VOL/BGB/VOB), quality management (ISO 9001) and auditing, confident handling of Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics); SAP and CAD skills are an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation and networking abilities as well as an independent and structured working style with a high sense of responsibility
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy & long-term relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and lead external partners
