The HR PMO Manager is a key partner to the Group HR Officer, responsible for structuring, driving, and delivering priority Group HR initiatives in a complex and evolving environment.

The role combines executive support, direct project ownership, PMO governance, ensuring clarity, prioritization, disciplined execution, and value creation across Group HR.

This position sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, governance, and stakeholder management, and requires a high level of autonomy, adaptability, and judgment.


What you will do?

  • Support the Group CHRO by preparing strategic notes, executive materials, agendas, and key messages for leadership and governance meetings.
  • Lead and deliver selected Group HR initiatives (Engagement survey..), ensuring structured project planning, clear milestones, risk management, and consistent execution. In particular, coordinate transversal HRBPs transversal projects.
  • Implement and maintain HR PMO governance, including tools, frameworks, steering committees, and project review routines.
  • Coordinate and align stakeholders across Group HR, local HR teams, Corporate functions, IT, Finance, and external partners.
  • Monitor budgets, track program‑related costs, follow KPIs, and develop executive dashboards consolidating progress, risks, and financial status.
  • Identify emerging issues, assess risks, and propose proactive scenarios or solutions supporting CHRO priorities.

What about you?

  • You have 6–10 years of experience in HR project management, PMO, consulting, transformation, or corporate strategy.
  • You have proven exposure to HR topics, with or without deep HR technical expertise.
  • You have experience working in complex, international, or matrix organizations.
  • You have strong project management, structuring, analytical, and execution‑oriented skills.
  • You are an effective communicator with excellent stakeholder‑management capabilities, including interaction with senior leaders.
  • You are adaptable, pragmatic, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • You are discreet, autonomous, diplomatic, and able to connect, facilitate, and challenge constructively; fluent in English and French (German is a plus).
