As a Supplier Quality Manager (m/f/d) you will report to the Supplier Quality Senior Manager in the Group Quality department based in Obernai Europe  for a CDI contract.

Whatyouwill do?

Your mission is to ensure the application of any supplier's improvement plan and to secure the process of supplier validation according to our product development strategy.

Furthermore, you are responsible for the coordination of the ASQE & SQE teams and the application of Hager Group rules.

• Understand the defined quality key challenges and act accordingly
• Constant exchange with other Quality Managers to ensure a unified approach towards our suppliers
• Monthly evaluation of the supplier performance and implementation of appropriate measurements to improve the overall supplier performance 
• Improvement of the supplier panel with a strong focus on strategic suppliers
• Creation of problem solving processes for critical issues that would impact sales
• Validation of development audits and guarantee the application of the appropriate audit plans
• Ensure a constant frictionless process flow in the production and logistics area by ensuring a constant good supplier quality 
• Establishment of supplier audit plans 
• Support of the logistic department in cases of supplier OTD issues 
• Respect the Hager Group standards (quality, health, safety, environment) and act accordingly 

What about you?

• You have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technician with knowledge in the management and quality management sector or equal qualification.
• You have minimum 5 years of work experience in the management sector with a technical background.
• You are proficient in the area of ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, TS16946, QIM, DMS, PPAP and SAP.
• You speak English fluently with a C1 Level.
• You are known for excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• You demonstrate ability to deal with ambiguity and resilience.
• You are open, action oriented, have strategic mindset and synthesis skills.
• You demonstrate customer centricity, networking skills, empathy, and teamwork.
