As a Controlling Business Partner NOM+MA China you will report to [N+1 Jobtitel] in the [department name] based in Shanghai  for a Permanent contract.

Key responsibilities: 

MA Controlling Partnership:
1.    Strong business  finance,  accounting knowledge and controlling skillset;
2.    Apply strong tax and credit risk control knowledge to mitigate risks in daily business operation while support business growth;
3.    Strong commercial knowledge and acumen with financial insight to provide financial advice to Business Partners;
4.    Good compliance and contract law knowledge applied in contract reviewing;
5.    Strong communication and presentation skills;
6.    Be a team leader as well as a team player;
7.    Capability to use KPI to steer and drive business performance from top line to bottom line, provide  insightful financial analysis for profitabie growth. Be capable to challenge business for better decisions;
8.    Have strong leadership and ownership mindset, be able to coach functional controller, analyst in various KPI set up and  analysis;
9.    Participate in various projects as requested from time to time.

NOM Controlling parntership :
1)    Work with MA sales and marketing team to validate business opportunities, the related new product requests,  business model and GTM strategy.
2)    Work closely with MD, PM, EG, sourcing team and manufacturing team ( if involves  Hager VC) to build business case, validating new product investment proposal, TO opportunities, channel/partner investment and payback from controlling
3)    Support sourcing to negotiate the best component/product cost and commercial terms with the external suppliers with a good understanding of their operations, competence, production capabilities and cost. 
4)    Support R&D director on various R&D costs. Build C4C China R&D team productivities and deliverables tracking metrix with KPI.  Validate all the cost needed for the product development, market launch, review various commercial contracts with suppliers and partners.
5)    Conduct post product launch follow-ups applying group processes, provide financial analysis and tracking for MD and product manager on new products performance (product P&L) vs. business case, identify cost saving opportunities as well as supporting PM on pricing, volume ramp-up
6)    Work closely with NOM team and PM for full product cycle. 
7)    Communicate and timely update with HQ on NOM products status and performance

Budgeting/Planning:

· Owner of China MA and NOM  budget in TO, Commercial Cost, R&D, Sourcing, QA expenditure, CAPEX investment linked with product road maps and business plan; 
· Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and acting to prevent problems
. Owner of monthly IFF process as well as GCMNCM forecast per request.
· Drive the financial planning of the local business, analysing its performance and risks with the support of controlling analyst

Job requirement: 

1.Bachalor degree and above, majoring in Finance

2. More than 10 yrs working experience in Finance erea, good experience Controlling BP with the scope in sales and marketing, Engineering (Design and Industralization) and Manufacturing (preferably)  is required.

3. Good Commercial Knowledge as well as good Finance and legal knowledge  

4. Good influence skill and communication skill with business 

5. Excellent English Language skill is a pre-requisite
