Warehouse Lead Operator M/F/D

As a Warehouse Lead Operator M/F/D you will report to the Warehouse Team Leader in the Supply Chain & Logisitics department based in Telford for a Permanent contract.

Department: Warehouse/Logistics

What you will do?

• Previous experience within Warehousing
• SAP experience would be an advantage
• FLT Licence / First Aid or willing to learn
• Looking for an individual who will help support and assist the Cell Leader and Team Leader for the afternoon shift including inbound / outbound flow and processes associated with this department.
• Will be required to lead the shift in the absence of the Cell Leader through effective communication and actions.
• Willing to work with the team and individuals to drive change through the business. Helping to change the mindset of the shift and management team. 

Any other administration ad hoc requests. Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

• Good Communication and written skills

Normal hours of work: Permanent mornings 6am-2pm Monday to FridayFull time (37.5 hours per week)
