Our Finance team’s mission is to contribute to the ambitions and business priorities of the Group with a high performing and strategic forward thinking team. We play an active and strong partnering role with all functions within the organisation. Our Finance teams turn data into insights and risk analysis into solutions. You manage enterprise risk and opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, drive cost efficiency efforts, set-up and maintain the financial steering model. From financial planning and analysis, business partnering, financial control, accounting, credit collection, there is always an opportunity for you to learn and grow!

What's in it for you?

Within our Strategy team’s, we define the global strategic orientations for Hager. We explore new market opportunities and provide relevant business insights to identify new ways to grow in the future. Once our plans are validated, we work together with our Vorstand (Executive Committee) and the other departments within the company to deploy, structure adequate plans, for instance our Project 2030 for the 10 years to come. You get to work on new inspiring trends and business opportunities to make our world cleaner, safer and more enjoyable for all.
