Based at our Telford offices and working as part of the Project Support Centre Team, you will help deliver a market leading, field based Technical Support Service to our Sales Teams and Customers for electrical installation system products. When not providing support in the field, you will assist the Technical Support Department by handling phone based inquiries related to our electrical product range.

As a Technical Support Engineer - Field Based H/F/X you will report to Pre-Post-Sales Support - Team Leader in the Sales department based in Telford  for a Permanent contract.


What you will do?

•    Deliver on-site electrical support services, including equipment erection, testing, modifications, and rectification work
•    Provide nationwide telephone-based technical support for our electrical products, ensuring a high-quality customer experience when not deployed in the field
•    Assist sales teams and customers by supplying accurate technical specifications and guidance on product selection
•    Act as a technical expert during sales visits, providing support to the sales team and building trust with customers

What about you?

Completed an electrical apprenticeship or have similar on site practical electrical experience.

•    City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation
•    18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) certification
•    Full UK driving licence and relevant ECS Gold Card
•    Experienced in working in a site environment
•    Customer driven and great communication skills
