We are currently looking for our futureManagement Reporting & Analysis (MRA) Specialist (m/f/d)based in Blieskastel for a fixed-term contract.

As MRA Specialist (m/f/d) you contribute to Controlling department ambition to bring added value to business in delivering strong Controlling support and services, in increasing productivity and efficiency on reporting processes run, by developing digitalization and analytics.

What will you do?

• Reporting to the Group Controlling Reporting & Analysis Manager, you carry out Group standard reports and KPI’s calculations periodic update by best usage of technical support (automation/ digitalization) in collaboration with the other team members
• According to the Group’s defined time schedule you prepare & distribute reports or KPIs and deliver them in due time
• You master properly related data sources and reports’ process run
• For reports & KPIs preparation under responsibility, you proceed to a first level of analysis on results outcome ensuring data completeness, correctness & consistency
• You provide Controllers with an accurate information on main trends evolution or on specific points identified
• For the MRA reports defined under your expertise, you are the central technical owner of the reports & KPIs by training users, answering their questions and supporting them on digital tools, for example in creating new reports, dashboards & in data visualization
• You contribute in the centralization of reporting activities from operational Controlling to ICS-MRA team

What do you bring?

• You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics or a similar qualification
• Your analytical skills and your IT affinity enables you to use Excel and BI/BW tools in your daily business and to develop reports in SAP Analytics Cloud & Power BI
• Your fluent German and English language skills makes the communication with your international colleagues easy
• You are customer oriented and you are able to work in a transversal mode
• With the background of your first work experience, you are able to see the bigger picture connecting financial effects to business evolution
• You work independently with general supervision and good time management
