Sourcing Business Partner (m/f/d) Project Business and IT & AI

As a Sourcing Business Partner (m/f/d) Project Business and IT & AI you will report to the Sourcing Business Partner Senior Manager based in Obernai (France), Blieskastel (Germany) or Emmenbrücke (Switzerland) for a permanent contract.

Your role

The Sourcing Business Partner (m/f/d) for Project Business and IT & AI activities acts as the primary point of contact between these business segments and the Sourcing organization.

This role supports the alignment of sourcing strategies with business objectives, facilitates effective communication, and contributes to the implementation of collaborative solutions to optimize sourcing initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Act as a key interface between the Project Business and IT & AI segments and the Sourcing organization, ensuring alignment between sourcing strategies and business objectives
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, promote the Sourcing vision, and ensure a shared understanding of priorities and goals
• Provide relevant analyses and recommendations to Category Management teams, ensuring business needs are accurately reflected in category strategies
• Collaborate with Sourcing teams to improve procurement processes and support performance monitoring through KPIs and data analysis
• Ensure compliance of Sourcing activities with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and support supplier risk management strategies in coordination with relevant stakeholders

Your profile

• Education & experience: Relevant Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in sourcing within an international organization
• Strategic & analytical mindset: Strong ability to develop strategies and solve complex issues through a data-driven approach, solid business understanding, and sound decision-making
• Stakeholder management & collaboration: Proven ability to manage stakeholders in multicultural and cross-functional environments, build trust, and develop a strong professional network
• Communication & adaptability: Excellent communication skills, ability to operate in dynamic environments, influence diverse stakeholders, and explain complex topics in English (German and/or French are a plus)
• Ownership & global outlook: Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented mindset, international perspective, and commitment to business alignment and continuous improvement
